Relay for Life - Facebook Status Edition

As some of you know, my family is involved in the American Cancer Society - Relay for Life walk in honor of our cancer surviving Momma Quinn. So far everything got screwed up organizing the walk and getting the word out. We have half as many teams as we did last year, so it's kind of discouraging. We're not defeated yet and are still trying our hardest to raise more than we did last year. In order to get donations, we try to write funny status updates on our facebook. Here's some of the gems we've written so far:

Hello my awesome friends...did you know that my mom is a cancer survivor? Well now you know so won't you donate to my team so we can help other people beat cancer just like my mom did!!! $10 (or more) is all it takes to help...that's 2 beers plus tip...a shitty tip, but still a tip!!!

*************************

Briggo the Clown - Hey Kids, do you know what time it is?
Kids - NO, who cares, you suck, I just ate my boogies
Briggo the Clown - It's begging for donations to the Walk for Winnie team time!!!
Kids - I sniff glue, you're stupid, I like turtles
Briggo the Clown - Shut up you stupid brats before I smack the crap out of you.

**************************

Cue the song "In the Arms of an Angel" by Sarah McLachlan and show some sad looking pictures of puppies...but in this case the puppies would be my mother and she may not be as furry, but she needed help before when she had cancer. Please donate to our Walk for Winnie team and help...even $10 a day makes a difference

With that being said, if you want to help out our team, click on the link. Walk for Winnie team would greatly appreciate it. Yeah I used this blog to promote and beg...so what! LOL
